Welcome to molto bene !

Molto Bene Galata is a family-run Italian restaurant in the heart of Galata, just a 3-minute walk from Galata Tower, on Serdar-ı Ekrem Street, surrounded by some of Beyoğlu’s oldest and most beautiful apartments.

Opened as a childhood dream by three entrepreneurial siblings in a 100-year-old historical building, Molto Bene brings traditional Italian flavors to the table with a modern, young, educated and innovative team.

The restaurant brings together handmade fresh pasta, Neapolitan-style sourdough pizza, carefully prepared Italian dishes and a warm, relaxed atmosphere. With a kitchen team trained at MSA Culinary Arts Academy, Molto Bene Galata offers a refined yet welcoming dining experience for guests from Istanbul and around the world.

Designed for long dinners, good conversations and memorable moments, Molto Bene combines the comfort of a family restaurant with the attention to detail of fine dining, offering a calm and delicious escape from the crowd of Galata.

The restaurant is also a tribute to our father, who passed on to us a deep love and respect for food, family and hospitality.

    One of the best meals I had in istanbul. I ordered the chicken dish not knowing what to expect and I was blown away by how delicious it taste. Chicken was really crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The fillet was also well marinated. It was served with 2 of their homemade sauce which was heavenly. Their salad dish was also fresh and not overly drenched with seasoning. My friend who ordered the pasta dish said that the pasta was cooked perfectly and goes well with the cheese and sauce. The service of the staffs were also very professional and courteous at the same time. Will totally recommend anyone who travel to Istanbul to visit this restaurant.

    The food and drinks were very delicious! and the owner could advice me on which dishes are vegan or can be served vegan. The pizza I had was nicely thin and very tasty. Also the plume juice was very good. The restaurant looks beautiful and everything including the bathroom was very clean. The owner speaks English.

    What an absolutely beautiful gem hidden away on a quiet street. Both owners were so sweet and have successfully created an atmosphere that is both comforting and calming. The food was absolutely amazing, thoughtful and beautifully presented. Must visit, for sure!
